Love to see your girls in these videos!! You're a lucky man to have so many women in your life! :)

...mmmh so gentle. A very sweet way to embark on a new day. I can just see the leaves in my backyard move ever so slightly. The giant spider web outside my bedroom window is still intact after yesterday's stormy winds. There is about a quarter of the web missing. When I awoke this morning to see it still there I thought even the most fragile amongst us can survive the most violent tempests.

So I'm sitting here watching a very bad, bad show in American Idol (with their cookie cutter artists who ruin real music) and thinking if I ran the world there'd be a Church night!!

Love to see Crystal Bowersox (Ok, she's legit, 1 out of 100,000 or so) tackle "Is This Where You Live?" - lol

One of the most beautiful songs I`ve heard by you or anybody else!! Why is this not available?? The world will be a poorer place until this song is available for general consumption! Please do something about it!
And while you`re at it why not make available the songs from the Esoteric Music Club collection at Karmic Hit? So many gems standing in danger of disappearing .....??

In a universe of blankets this would easily be one of the best covers I've ever heard. It needs to be released on cd and your video to youtube x

funny how people deride Idol yet they watch it every week and even know the names of the contestants! Your support contributes to its "ruining real music."

That song lowered my blood pressure by about 20 points ...

I like the stuff you write yourself better. Your voice is sounding good, regardless.

Is this still available to download from Karmic Hit - EMC? I would have thought it was folks? So it is available for a modest fee!!
If not then I'm happy to burn a copy for folks.

Nevets,
Great tribute to someone who is very missed. The Go-Betweens were so underrated, especially here in America. Jack Frost was a truly amazing project from the 2 of you. I know you have a lot of Jack Frost video footage, I hope you decide to release some of it one day.

Take Care,
Hot Toddy

Grant McLennan, Steve Kilbey, and Leonard Cohen dipping their quills in the same ink on this one.
Some fantastic lines in this song.

'And the wind acts like a magnet, pulls the leaves from the tree'

Thanks for sharing this, Steve.

Hi Steve - coming to this very late (5/31). I'm floored with the beauty of this song, especially the lyric. I'm sure Grant would appreciate the tribute. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.
