by the way steve..... the 'green corridor' walk which culminates in the resolution of the 'who is the girl with the ponytail' conundrum is like something from a tarcovsky movie. bloody remarkable! you clever sod.
I'm very sorry for your loss. We can all tell from your writings that you are a great bloke. Therefore it stands to reason you were raised by a great bloke too.
even though ur many miles away and we have never met, i feel a connection to u as all the people who follow sk. My deepest sympathy in this difficult time for u and ur family.
What a wonderful community this has become - what a man SK is for attracting such quality people. Real integrity. I thank-you all for your lovely thoughts. And don't let us forget subs for TTB, it ought never to be taken for granted.
Wonderful video and great soundtrack to go along with it; I must dig out those old cd's again to re-energize myself. Glad you got some work done on yourself to finish off the tour.
Pan will be out and about this weekend for MayDay; and I'll put out the print you did of him and his lady that I bought at the gig. At least I think it's Pan.
Blessings from the Summerlands to Davem's dear dad.
Steve, I see Therese and Ron are here... so what am I to do with the ~27 min video of you receiving Ron's Reiki....ah....just checked email and it looks like Therese has answered my question.
Seriously, thanks for putting up with the fans who love yah...
I think you should perform a snippet of Queen's "Bicycle" next show in honor of the Annapolis "cops" who, umm, hastled yah..
------------------------- A hilarious snippet on the video:
Me: "So Under The Milky Way only made it to #24 on the Billboard Pop charts"
SK: "Yeah, and then, like an airplane in reverse, it stalled and then flew backwards.." ------------------------------ Funny stuff
Take care,
Paul
PS -- since Church fans can't wear shorts, thought I'd mention a sharpie ink pen in the pocket ruined 'em so you got the last laugh :)
Just discovered your blog as I was prepping for the acoustic Saturday show here in Atlanta.
I've long been a fan, but never had the opportunity to see you perform. Truly looking forward to it, but can't begin to imagine how it will sound without a Rickenbacker!
Hope you guys can take this tour out with blast this one last show.
