Steve, why did the promo videos on Goldfish have such washed out, pale colours? When they were broadcast on Rage they were full of really rich, bright colours - but the official release was terrible! Who fuck up?

Thanks for sharing this with us today, I really enjoyed it. But where has the last 18 years gone?

Why is it our world has enough room for Dick Cheney yet not enough for Grant?

Jack Frost was more eclectic and dynamic than the very formidable Finn Brothers.

A good year, '91. Looked like you were having fun. It must be great to have gigs to show up for. You need an eletric Ric 12 string....fuck the taxman. Go out and get one today!!!!

I remember seeing JackF in Adelaide,in a little venue, circa mid-late 90s....cool nite out...G McLennan boasting of your voices being the two greatest in Australia followed by you giving him a quizzical look...little did I know this would become the stuff of legends!

The silent spaces between people are really the most potent. A beautiful homage to your dear friend Grant.

I LOVE both Jack Frost albums, some of the best and most beautiful songs ever written (Providence/Ramble/Empire/CousinAngelto name just a few!)
I'll listen to JF forever:))

My bread and butter job is one where I am immersed in the world of boys and men...Sigh...both you and Grant in that video made me wonder today about the gentler side of masculinity. Two highly creative, gentle and sensitive masculine souls that the world surely needs more of...

I hope you had someone on your last tour taking video and plugging into the soundboard.

You can do amazing things now with a $500 video camera.

A church DVD would be a big seller to your fans.

I bought snowjob while living in miami.. it was grouped with the church albums.. I was in my kerouac phase.. very antithetical to the whole miami vibe..I grew a beard.. wandering like a golden one in the land of waste.. that album fortified my existence.. Aviatrix.. Haze.. Running from the body.. Empire.. Cousin/Angel.. I was under a spell.. My allegiances to JF has always brought me warmth and solace.. thanks SK & Grant.. Coming on back to me.. in Haze of memory..

I realize that your Blog is to share with us, not for us to ask the questions - sorry for that... it's just that this old kilby U Tube demo above has captured my interest

Didn't everyone have an SK beard back then?
Beautiful video footage here. Dug the first JF, but Snowjob was a little hit and miss for some reason.
