Steve! You took all the good comments! Now what am I supposed to write?
Even though I can't come up with any snappy comments, I really enjoyed today's blog. You really are getting to be quite adept at this typing stuff...even used punctuation and everything!! ;-)
well i nevetts gonna undertand that little story but i'm posting to boost the numbers

i loved images and illusions, what a freaking amazing cd, it was my first taste of indiginous culture meeting the modern and it blew me away, it's an edukation, a very cool piece of music. my fave is 'i'm still in love with you.' for sentimental reasons, and 'solar wind.' cos it's a bit spacey but you know all thse songs are great songs, a very under rated cd.
old bowie had his moments hey? it wasn't till i was in a band and we started doing 'bowie' covers that i really understood his genius, and subterranians, weeping wall and most of those instrumentals really paint a picture, it's like that weird mental condition where sounds create colours, think its called synthenesia but i possibly spelt it wrong. anyways it's absolutly brilliant that you're going to be doing some more work with kev.well i'm excited about it anyway.
me too..I saw Kev Carmody out here a few years ago ... what a great voice he has. I wanted to chat with him about you SK but I chickened out.
yeah nevets
those were great times

you are one sexy druid
Nevets,
What a blog. You type, I read, I understand, I don't understand, I nod my head, yes kids, too much TV, oooh, good, ice cream, sugar...island? What's he talking about? Oh just take it all in. It's all good - as all the kids say now. Ha.
Steven....can I change my question? It's the 7th in your hemisphere. Are we supposed to post our questions on your 7th or our 7th? I'm going to assume yours. So....my new and final question is:
When you die (assume you will not be reincarnated and you are not coming back) what is the ONE thing you will miss (if you are able to miss anything, haha) the most about life? That's mean, huh, making it just ONE thing. But that's my question.
Amongst so many things, you know I'd miss your voice. Your brothers, no offence to their own unique loveliness, (when I've listened to them), don't have It - the Voice. I don't know what It is. You've got It. It is sublime. You're like Sinatra. The Voice.
love,
denise
xxoo
p.s. Sinatra made me think 'ole blue eyes' and then I thought my gosh, I've listened to nevets for 22 years and I don't know what colour your eyes are! And it's not like I never looked. ;)
I've got a druid friend; a Celebrant...I consider her sexy...is there a correlation? Are all druids sexy? Hmmm.....
SK, Inspired as always.

PS and a tad mental !
I recall you giving your shirt to a good friend of mine in London once...
Dear Steve and Readers of SK's blog,
I am not on any drugs, I promise. I am on the WRONG CALENDAR DAY! It's still not the 7th where you are nevets. I'll ask my question again on YOUR 7th. Stupid 4th of July messed me up. I swear. Really.
d.
Read it. Loved it. Just like yesterday.
Got to agree with queen hatshepsuts comment about your voice. The. Voice. Soothing...magical...love it....nothing like it....
All the best to you and your loved ones..

english version is basically an abbreviated and partly re-written of the german version written by timetunnel and me. the german version is even longer. three days nothing to do in summer 2005, didnt want to do something more creative as putting together other people's lifes. jens and me bouncing around huge blocks of text. The joys of philology. Many people writing back "I had no idea they still exist". File under Encyclopedic Promotion. Definitely longest band entry in german Wikipedia...xcept for the Biitlz...
Seems like that stash really kicked in this afternoon sk!

Thankyou Steve,
Again the visual imagery is brilliant...just the right amount of mind perversion with sugar coated to soften the blow...but the hit lasts longer this way...i have read and re-read this today; throughout our waking day.. i look forward to the dreams it may create...you are lucid in your identities that chose their place in the blog..i still seek for a compilation dripping in velvet and leather that can soak the lime to aneasthetize the acidic coating of this social veneer...thats what the straights call making it!?...hmmm..money. all gloss and candy and airbrushed fantasy sucking the life into a jar of...some shit to make u look younger...for fucks sake just be honest and do the right thing, that will keep u happy and young. we groe old coz of the things we do that we regret and the failed purposes in our lives..dont say no to yourself...this blog is free and makes me happy..it keeps me young..Steve, please stay interested in life, dont get mad or sad if ur not interesting. Life is interested, an object is interesting. u r not an object to me, u r life. u breath, create life, give joy, feel emotions..never stop creating, coz life stops when u do.
ML,
Don Joe...an old timer in more ways than one.
PS: whats the odds for 600 comments tomorrow?? 50/1??..better keep that stash secret..luv ya!
Argh, The Voice is not a good moniker to use here in Oz ... Ol'grey eyes would be better.
Steve - Cameras for Eyes has a brilliant idea. I love audio books, have you ever got pulled into those radio shows when there's been a great story happening? This would be right up your boulevarde! The Brothers K could whip up some great sound effects etc. (ie pouring the Jager) but I could imagine the fits of giggles keeping a strait face for the War rants. Could end up the Fawlty Towers version of The Blog. ("Russell, keep a straight face, this is supposed to be serious!")
ps gold coast mushrooms were big in '87 too which is prob why your blog made sense to me! thats it, def last comment from me today, I've run out of coins and there's a queue behind me
luv ya more !
Hey Boing, you terminal fuckwit, i distinctly remember your 7Eleven sunnies perched on your infuriatingly clean shaven noggin when you staggered away from my verandah, full of White Heather and the Otways' finest "thyme". I think you should look no further than your own back crack before you go casting nasturtiums.
While we're chasing down missing goods, isn't about time you returned to me my copy of A Confederacy of Dunces? Or are you emabarrassed by the remedial distance between the dog ears that i warned you not to perpetrate?

Ok I'm on the right day now, what's the deal with saying "The Voice" in Oz? Not good huh? I like Ol'grey eyes though. :)
Still, I'd love it Steve, if you could record something like, um, bedtime stories for adults. That would be soooooooo lovely.

I honestly had to read this one twice.
Now, back to my tea. Work sucks.

Hi Queen Hatshepsut,
The deal with saying "The Voice" in Oz is that it refers to a singer here by the name of John Farnham. Yes, not good!
Absolutely brilliant, nevets.

Great Wik, man.
Love the mention.
Even if it was a little backwards.
Perhaps I would have preferred Le SSur!
I'm a bit slow this evening. nevets yeblik is steven kilbey backwards . . . right!
If you type in nevets in Urban Dictionary it reads:
The HOLY GOD of hotneesss known as STEVEN spelled backwards and also a catchy spanish phrase.....
This was beautiful:
"one more time they played the anthem as we sank

Well, dunno what else to say...kinda "one of those days, that just comes and goes, it's not so special" I am one of those Virgos too...whew, what a ride sometimes, isn't it? At least your birthday is a "cool" one. Mine is two days before yours! Yep, I know...what a day. I gotta be double chipper sometimes! Well, if I was standing next to ya, I'd give you a pat on the back, then take a drag of that spliff! Thanks again for all the great blog everyday (well, most days):) I know you get busy with LIFE and all, but it really is a treat reading the life and times of... I have been catching up actually, reading the beginning entries...what a hoot. I crack up when I think of you trying to drive on the Auto-Bahn while all gorked outta your mind (1982ish??) Then all the other insights, remembrance etc. Well, gotta get back to slavin for "Straights!" Then reharsal tonight, sort of a new project, but interesting. Anyway, cheers, friend.

SK what is your criteria to work with other musicians? Is there a load of legal wrangling? Also why is'n Eno banging on your door. It makes too much sense to me. Billy M

Who is the your disenchanted friend?
Chump
OK SK old chum, question time ....
How much would it cost for a performance of the church at private function? And please don't get your hopes up that I am some rich dude who is going to throw you a wad of cash, as I'm very far from being financially endowed actually. But I have always had a wish list if i ever won the lottery (you know - house, cars, holidays, etc.) and having you guys play for me, my family and friends has always been high up on that list.
If I am allowed to throw another sneaky question, here goes. Any chance of playing either of these songs again on future tours ... The Disillusionist, Hotel Womb, Is This Where You Live, Life Speeds Up? Four absolutely fucking cracking songs.
Yo da man, SK. Thanks for being you, buddy.

Hi sk. Great blog today.
I do have a question that I've sat on for a while. Now seems the appropriate time!
Two of my favourite chchru songs are "The Time Being" and its sequel "The Further Adventures of . . . " (so I've always been stoked that your blog was named same)
I love the way you've combined the scifi imagery with the vestiges of a story, hinting at something much larger. Less is absolutely more.
Are these songs based on actual stories, written by yourself (or someone else?) If so, where might I obtain same?
Thanks . . .
SK i would like to understand that do you think its "to late" for you to change? I respect who you are and where you stand on submitting to the straight "system", but that straight system could also provide a lasting legacy for your daughters. You have the history, you have the talent, you can make bucket loads of cash in the system, but you would have to sell part of your soul, are you prepared to sacrifice some of your integrity for what rightfully you should already have?
I love your music, have been a fan since 1981, i am one of the professionals you occasionally refer to, that love the Church have a Degree, and am successfull.
The answer is as simple as the solution > your answer?

Steve - Can you tell me 5 songs you wish you had written?
Thanks for EVERYTHING, the music and lyrics have given me a great deal of happiness and pleasure over the last 25 years and I thank you for that.
Cheers / Peter
my question for the 7th of July is:
why did you decide to come back and live in Australia? I recall you saying a few years ago (as quoted in an interview, might have been erroneous) you had nothing much in common with this place and felt much more in touch with Europe?
Hi Stevens
A Question: what exactly do you get out of your blogg? What do you want from us..if anything?
Another question: Do any of your fans look like you or think they look like you?
And another: Who do you see in the mirror?
Can't say I've ever met you - but I would like to....some day.
I'm a Scorpio by the way ..if that matters to anyone.
Dear Steve,
Ok, I *know* it's the 7th of July where you are now. I even know where I am. ; ) Repeating my question:
When you die (assume you will not be reincarnated and you are not coming back) what is the ONE thing you will miss (if you are able to miss anything, haha) the most about life? That's mean, huh, making it just ONE thing. But that's my question.
Oh and no funny, sarcastic answers, mister. I want a serious answer! Once I asked if you liked ancient cultures (this was about 12 years ago) and you said "Yes I like old yogurt."
No funny business or...or...well, I think of something.
love and much thanks in advance,
denise

Sk, what is your favorite city (excluding Bondi)that exists in the present temporality? What would your ideal city look like from the air? Are you a straight avenue kind guy or maybe a labyrinth, or maybe an endless garden city...and what's your favourite building?
Steve,
my question is simple...
Favourite 10 cds, not of all time but at this moment, and what appeals to you about them...
Oh and please put out that second karmic Hit podcast! Sound quality be damned! I'd listen to anything you and your brothers rabbitted on about, whether it was recorded in a car or elsewhere!
hey sk,
jaime r here
back into the ethernet i am
missed the Time being
must get re-acquainted..
glad your still round breaking comment blogge records
gotta story for ya, of course..
I been saving it for ya
its a lil dooozy
So, in the year 2002
i met a little girl
sho was fine
pretty little thing just about blew my mind
she sang me songs
we danced like fire drums
we started the soulove thang
she was pretty well to do
a pediatrician in Chicago
and hey Im me.. a glorious flash of realization, a yogin
moments passed like warm sun on the face and all was bliss
there was one day were driving
and she sang all of Monday Morning/Gaf
I knew it was good, I knew it was gonna be a ride into the sunset..
Before my time..
She had 2 birds, lost one to disease,
second one to insanity, she set them free,
I did away the birdcage.. sweet release..tough subject
Travelled to the Phillipines to visit her fam
swell place and time, jus like Mexico in spirit
then down went the applecart
she found out she got accepted to her second choice in New Orleans
rather than chicago, no choice
distant lovers we became
violins and perfumed letters and meditative longings
Hologram of Bawlin my eyes out
dawn lit morning, anasthesia, ricochet.
and then the flashes of time and a dear friend in a song
but not just any song,
there is someting about this third one
Oh yeah
yu see.. I lived that fucking song
I dont think yu realize how amazing that song is to me
as written in 97/98... every inflection, every detail became true..
every birdcage that becomes empty
I glow when I hear that song,
it pulls it right out of me
hyperventilation at dawn..
the day they turned off the great machine..
two places at once,
my mother's name is Maria Rodriguez..a living saint.
worshipped by her fifth graders
loved by her three sons and husband
turns hate into love with every smile
tranquility yu say I see
two souls dance in from one mind to another..
I just moved from NewoRleans back to chicago
and I miss it like my baby sheets
I will get back soon..
excited to see y'all in the Big EZ..yu should look me up.

Dear Steve
If Priest = Aura was a book, how would it end?
Ok - when are you gonna release Easy as a single & is there a record company/management group that might get it some airplay on Australian radio.
Is this a forlorn hope?
It would be good to hear people talking about " that new Church song".
I thought it may be a hard ask but then I hear The Sleepy Jackson getting high rotation on Nova with a song that sounds like the music for a washingpowder ad so surely it's not impossible.
Oh, and whence may you do an electric gig again?
Dutch Pierre
steven,
two questions:
1) just curious about your recent comment where you mentioned that you sold off some of your vintage bass guitars a while back... were you able to hang on to a few of your old precious instruments, or did you part ways with most of them?
2) your early home demos of "crhuch" songs - any possibility of releasing them?
thanks. love your bloggy.
freddy
SK
My first post but have been following your bloggy from the beginning.
My question is why do you always leave Perth off you Oz tour schedule???
Surely one gig in Perth and one in Fremantle covers the cost? Maybe not.
The last time you were over our way was the FY tour and it was the best gig i have seen the crunch do in Perth.
Alright our two brief questions:
What would you be doing right now if you weren't playing and creating music or painting?
And the dreaded "what is this song about"... Tell me about 04:08. You know why I ask.
Best,
Duane and Alex
Steve,
Just saw the Int'l Space Station and shuttle go overhead. My question, manned space flight, pro or con?
Patrick Rose
ok, here we go....(take a deep breath)...
i, like probably quite a few others, had so many questions to ask, but had to choose one, which believe me, steve, wasn't easy. so here it is:
if you could be someone else (male or female, past or present, famous or not) for a week, who would it be and why?
thanks, and lotza love!!
I knew I shoulda joined the queue last night with my virtual thermos, folding chair and tartan travel blankie: sixty-fucking-somethingth, my words drowning in the sans-serif soup of ingrown dreams and lost toenails. Did I spend all those endless boy/man hours hanging on your every word/chord only to be bustled outta the way at the last moment like a passive pilgrim in a line of chanting sea changers pissing themselves to get prostrate in front of the Dalai Lama (or something like that)? (Oh shit, don't answer that, it's not my Question, it's rhetorical.)
1. So...does the following opening paragraph do it for you (bearing in mind that i’m fully cognisant of the rich literary and often not so rich cinematic tradition in doppelgänger stories and I’m not misappropriating it but rather trying to take it and do something new with it)?:
When it all becomes too much I send my doppelgänger into the field. I know that sounds absurd. I know that when the arrangement falls apart the authorities who come for me will be unimpressed by words of foreign origin. “It’s this culture of blame”, one will say to the other in the hope that I’ll be cowed by their sarcasm and not their bad skin, “this shifting of responsibility for poor personal decisions that’s really ruining our society”. Ultimately though, it will be the ground cumin notes of their body odour that have me yacking without legal representation.
OR, if that “Question” is as objectionable a request as I sense it to be:
2. Would you please read Franz Kafka’s America and let me/us know what you think?
(I know that you haven’t read it already because otherwise you would have alluded to it at some stage to some degree).
Hey Steve,
You know The Church is my favorite
band of all time.
So, who's your favorite band/artist
of all time?
The one who's touched your life
like no one else has.
Maxine
What do you think of Donnie Darko?
i think my questions are covered - I've got nothin - I'll be back later if i come up with something new.
Todays blogge was brilliant - kinda like a David Lynch film - you always have to watch them twice cause you know you've missed something of ultra importance somewhere along the way....todays blog I read 3 times...it's staying with me...spinning round in my brain....full of obscure clues...
hmmm
love it
SK,
My question is:
Do you think you are attracted to melancholia?
Is the feeling of yearning, longing an essential ingredient for an artist to have in order to create beautiful art/music/blogs?
Cheers,
Abid
7 July 2006
Questions for the Elephant God (or the archdruid that has his Indian ear):
1.
In your extensive readings on the subject, do you think there is sufficient evidence to suggest the existence of a cosmopolitan global culture in the proto-ancient world that brought about a cross-pollination of philosophical and metaphysical ideas circa 10,000 years ago, coinciding with the rise of sedentary agricultural society and the first cities?
(yes or no would be sufficient but maddening, as would pleas of "I'm-not-an-expert", so feel free to pontificate and make things up as required)
Equally esoteric:
2.
Which is the best Bowie album of the 70's and why?
Kilbs,
your music and life are an inspiration.
Don't ever forget that!
The wikipedia site was impressive and comprehensive.
Thanks to whoever wrote that.
Great blog today. And thanks to today first blogger comments. I checked out the Wicki address, had a nice long read, realised I'd missed "The Refo:mation' album straight onto Amazon. No luck. Then to Church Merch, ahhh thar she blows, and while I'm here why not grab a couple of solo albums? So $100 later here I am writing on the blogge. What a great day I'm having as I just love getting pressies in the mail!
Franz Kafka was a Virgo.
I'm working up to my questions.....

Q1: Is it true that "You're Still Beautiful, Baby" is about Jennifer Keyte?
Q2: Why haven't we had a Jennifer Keyte story?
Q3: Is it true Marty does not drive?
Steve,
I think this is probably the first time that I have ever made an attempt to contact anyone from afar but I have 3 questions for you.
#1) Has your veganism had any effect on your music or lyrics over the years?
#2) In one word discribe each member of the church?
#3) Why in the hell are you not coming to Seattle on your US Tour? We are some of the loyalist fans on planet earth !!! =(
yeah, J Kyte...I remember hearing this story back way back when and was rather amused. so sk, own up to that intriguing tale!! not thats its anyone's business but yeah...the rock star and the intrepid reporter!!
some questions...ummm..
- are you a folder or scruncher? - no, that's not for real ;)
- which of your albums are you proudest of and why?
- you wander around one afternoon and encounter little nevets playing in a quarry or similar childhood haunt - what do you want to tell him ?("hi" doesn't count!)
- whenever i go anywhere that has a jukebox i always play the same song(heroes). What song do you go for on a jukebox?
- what's your favourite colour to paint with?
- would you like a nice pool table to play with or a hard kick up the bum? (sorry, can't remember the exact phrasing ;))
An honor to be numero 82, to be sure
4 minutes before the 7th...
i'm gonna' go ahead and ask my question
preface...i think we can agree that the drums on seance are...how shall we say?
lacking. fuck it, it was the 80's i forgive you. the songs made up for it.
we know this!
p=a,my favorite. lots of choich fans will agree.
My question...
Magician? do you really think that it is a bad album?
The title track alone makes up for whatever short comings.
And that Linda Neil violin!
'cmon guy. reminds me of Dylan's Desire.
So...Magician...yay or nay in the cannon und choich?
(that might be a little fan boyish or goilish)
How bout this... is she the right one?
I await the future that does not exist,
love and kisses from the den of the glynnis
my question is:
do you regret saying that you would answer every question?
does asking a second question make the whole entry null since I presume you meant one question per user?
Now, question time:
1) can you give me a reliable mailing address of yours for me to send you a few books and records as a gift?
2) is there any way to convince you, next time you come to Europe, to visit us in beautiful Genoa, Italy, near world-renowned Portofino?
Andreas
Genoa/Italy
have you been to india?
and
can you put me on your dance card in your next life please? you choose the dance
SK,
Will you cook me a vegan meal and babysit my kids while i go out with my wife on my 40th birthday?
DR
why..?
Hi Sk,
Which line or verse is your favourite out of everything you've ever written?
I personally love Ripple, but that may say more about my current state of mind then anything else.
Keep bloggin'
Padders
>I checked out the Wicki address,
>had a nice long read, realised >I'd missed "The Refo:mation' album
>straight onto Amazon. No luck.
>Then to Church Merch, ahhh thar
>she blows, and while I'm here why
>not grab a couple of solo albums?
>So $100 later here I am
i *knew* it wasn't totally in vain. $25 for each one of the rchuch's members. with love from the Church Wiki World Domination Team :D you know that "wiki" is from Middle High Hawaiian wikiwiki, meaning "some random guy uploaded it somewhere"=?
and, isn't the Refo: album just brilliant? "The Moon and The Sea" strongly fighting against any favourite Church song in my mind... Anyone else ever captured the essence of Drone and Jangle better than here?=?
Question#1 - years ago, you mentioned you'd love to work with Nelson Riddle. I don't know if that was tongue in cheek, but I think Riddle's brilliant. Chronological reasons stand in the way of the Kilbey/Riddle collaboration, but have you ever thought about embracing orchestral colours aside from Heyday?
question#2 - how to start the often-advised yoga exercises? they seem to lead to exquisite songwriting and a jota of deep joy.
Question#3 (fee for losing the first one) - in the (very very poignant) McLennan bloggs, you mentioned the plan of an All-Aussie super group. The Traveling Kilburys, or whatever... any plans of working with someone totally different? Any collaborations that never took place, but were thought about? I don't know...Kilbey/Bridie, Kilbey/Kuepper, Kilbey/whoever=? Not that I'd be discontent with the Kilbey/MWP/PK/TP collab., still my favourite one, but it's interesting, as there always seem to be new synergy and ideas you'd never have.
Hi Steve
Please share with us AT LEAST three questions that YOU would ask.
EACH question should be directed to a specific respondent.
EACH respondent must be someone who has left at least one comment attached to your blog and/or is a registered member of Hotel Womb and/or Séance.
Ideally, you will begin the question with that person’s identity – name, username, etc.
Finally, you will (if you please) answer each question in character, that is, you will assume the identity of each respondent and answer as you believe they would.
If you have the time to spare, please repeat the task with (3) historically documented people.
Thank you
Cu Vrare

Fandorin, your questions similar to mine and I was thinking of Nelson Riddle too .. synchronicity!... we get more than one dont we SK?
1. Easy one first ... What do you think is the meaning of life on earth if there's life after death (as opposed to life on Mars)?
2. You told me last year that Narcosis Plus was your favourite solo album but now Im wondering if you said 'best' solo album?
3. If you could perform and record with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra again, which song would you choose??? I would really LOVE that to happen.
4. If you could duet with any other singer/instrumentalist of your choice, right now, who would it be, why and what would you sing if you couldnt choose any of your songs?
I've got a million others but I'd be happy if you answered even one of these.
And a question for Russell and John if Im allowed ...for someday - could u share your thoughts on your music styles compared to your big brothers... did he influence you or did you purposely try to go in an opposite direction? Do your music tastes clash at home? And did he hog the bathroom?
Alright, two questions, hopefully not submitted too late.
First question: "Warm Spell". Great Church song, or greatest Church song? If not, what then is your favorite Church song?
Second, any artists or bands currently performing that you'd like to collaborate with. I'm sad you and Elliott Smith never got together.
Good Evening Steve,
Do all members of the Church currently live and want to continue living in Aust?
Luv & peace,
Therese
hi sk,
love your bloggs, here's a hippy question from a middle aged groopie: do you burn incense while you're painting those groovy pictures? what's your favourite scent, man?
love & peace
M.P.Rins
hi nevets,
i got it. finally. THE question:
what's the difference between writing songs on your own / alone / allown (as you did on the first church records and on your solo albums) and writing songs collectively with MWP, PK and TP (or other collaborators)?
i know, this songwriting stuff is difficult to describe
but please
c'mon
I mean
after all those years we've played together in the leather houses
wow
MEMORY
what a stuff
but anyway
it's your Q and A day
hope your comments go up to at least 160
derfnam
wow
you probaby will never get to answer all these q's
but here goes:
1. where is your spiritual home?
2. please name your favourite Church songs
3. favourite songs you've written
4. all time top 10 albums
5. do you believe in love?
Do you have any tatoos?
Follow up Yes - What, where, why
Do ya watch The Daily Show with Jon Stewart?
I can only highly recommend it.
All my other questions I can pretty well guess the answers, so I turn them into wishes and go sit in my Cinderella chair
Lord Kilbey,
What do you think of Tim Freedman as a songwriter?
Lady Di
Right, I got a question....
You stated at the beginning that this blog would either become a book or a pay-per-view type service after one year had elapsed.
At this stage of the game what do you think will happen in November? A 'straight' would ask...what is your return on investment?
Another question....
What does your dear wife think of all this? You must devote hours to it (hell, I do and I only write 2-3 lines every few days)and is she happy that you write so much about your kids given the scary levels of loonies/stalkers etc out there.
And........
Are you going to ask all of us a question?
Au revoir,
B.Bon
Hey steve,
I'm wondering what the song Grind is about? Probably my all time favorite church song
Hi sk,
when your new cd memisis (or is it mimesis? can never get that spelling right!!) is released, will you be doing a launch in oz for it? Well actually what I really want to know is if we'll see you ever again in Melbourne!!!!!
How long did it take you to finish that album? I remember you said in an interview that Dabble only took a couple of weeks to put together, is that how mimesis happened? I hope you dont think this is a boring question, but it's SO hard to think of something without sounding like a total dag!!
thanks sk.
lots of love,
Amanda Prince
Dear SK,
Can you list your top 3 films of all time - and your favourite Australian film (if it's not in the top 3!)
Also, I know you are a long-time tinnitus sufferer. Have you found anything that helps ease that damn ringing sound?
All the best,
JP
Since many people drop in two or more quiestions, I hope I cann add a second one...
I was always curious about the Tristesse lyric about the "hut in Botany Bay", what was it about?
Love
Andreas
Genoa/Italy
it looks like you're gonna be answering questions for the rest of the year sk
so here's mine #105559443
what's something you wish your father could've seen you accomplish before he went away?
love
s
